CATHERINE B. BOWLES

Ms. Bowles graduated from the University of Florida Law School in June of 1982. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida with the highest of honors in 1978, which resulted in her being admitted to Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi

Ms. Bowles is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Sarasota County Bar Association. Ms. Bowles is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an “invitation only” organization which recognizes outstanding lawyers who practice in the area of personal injury representation.

Ms. Bowles is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney and has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and focuses her practice in plaintiff’s personal injury representation, premises liability, and wrongful death claims.

Ms. Bowles has been practicing law in Sarasota County, Florida since 1983 and has represented clients through out the State of Florida.

Nicholas P. Sardelis

Mr. Sardelis graduated from the Detroit College of Law in June of 1974. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 1969.

Mr. Sardelis is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Sarasota County Bar Association.

Mr. Sardelis has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, and, family law litigation. Mr. Sardelis focuses his practice in the areas of complex divorce litigation, and civil litigation.

Mr. Sardelis has been practicing law in Sarasota County, Florida since 1984 and has represented clients through out the State of Florida.
