Nick earned his J.D. from Michigan State University – Detroit College of Law and has been practicing law in Sarasota County since 1984. He is admitted to The Florida Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
